Our Services

3 Simple Stages from “Interested” to “Arrived”

Moving to Japan can feel confusing.

We make it simple by breaking everything into 3 clear stages.

Stage 1 – Pre-Assessment Round

Understand which visa route and life plan in Japan is realistic for you.

What happens in Stage 1?

1. You answer an online form.

We ask about:

  • Your education and work experience
  • Your Japanese level
  • Your goal in Japan (study, work, business, try living there, etc.)

2. We study your answers.

We compare your situation with the different Japan visa routes and common paths that other foreigners have taken.

3. You receive a personalised email roadmap

In this email, you will see:

  • Visa routes that look realistic for you
  • What type of job or path makes sense for you
  • Your next 3–5 steps for the next few months so you know exactly what to do, not just what to “dream about”
Stage 2 – Visa Document Support Check

Organise and double-check the documents you need for your visa route.

What happens in Stage 2?

1. We send you a document checklist.

Based on your recommended route (for example: student, working holiday, digital nomad, business manager, highly skilled), we send you a simple list of documents that are typically required, using public information.

2. You upload your documents to us.

You collect your documents (for example: passport, certificates, bank statements, CV, etc.) and upload them to our secure system.

3. We review them for completeness and consistency.

We check things like:

  • Are any important documents missing?

  • Are the dates and names consistent?

  • Are there obvious mistakes (for example, expired passport)?

    We may suggest:

  • “You should add this document.”

  • “This part is unclear; please rewrite it like this.”

  • “You may want to ask a licensed professional about this point.”

4. We send you feedback and next steps.

You’ll receive:

  • A short report on your document set
  • A list of fixes or improvements
  • Clear instructions on what to do next (for example: “Now you can apply to this school/employer” or “Now you are ready to talk to a gyoseishoshi/lawyer.”)

We do not give legal advice and we do not guarantee approval. We simply help you be better prepared.
